I have been crocheting for over 40 years, but I am still and will always be learning! I have built my crochet business through a LOT of hard work and have met a lot of wonderful people..
If you would like to be considered as a Pattern Tester for me, you MUST read everything below and fill out the Form COMPLETELY in order to apply.
FIRST and FOREMOST - I DO NOT ALLOW OR CONDONE PATTERN STEALING, SHARING, THIEVERY, PIRACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER SORT OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IN OR ASSOCIATED WITH MY BUSINESS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPLY IF YOU ARE INVOLVED IN ANY OF THE SORT
Here is a list of Rules and Attributes I REQUIRE in a tester:
-- Must have crochet experience - all levels are welcome, but experienced is preferred
-- Must be able to read a crochet pattern
-- Must be able to spot grammatical errors
-- Must be able to spot pattern instruction errors and; give suggestions on how to correct the error
-- --Must have excellent communication skills -please don't be afraid to give your opinion, but be respectful.
--Must not be afraid to give suggestions about the overall pattern (in a respectful way - just because you have a suggestion, doesn't mean I will use that suggestion, but I don't want you to be afraid to speak up and tell me)
-- Must be HONEST
-- Must be open-minded and open to suggestions yourself - everyone is learning, even people that think they know it all!
-- Must be available - you do not have to test every single pattern, but you must be open to test
-- Must be able to take GOOD quality IN FOCUS pics of finished testing item - you do not have to be a professional photographer, but you need to have a good idea of what makes a picture look good.
-- --Must finish test by the deadline given - this is a NON-NEGOTIABLE rule - NO EXCEPTIONS - you will be removed from my group if you fail to finish a test

I have written quite a few. I'll give you a little hint, I have 2 books with 20 patterns in them and one leaflet with 5 patterns and I have been published in Crochet World Magazine about 5 times. Also working on another 20 pattern book. Plus all my patterns in Etsy and Ravelry and all the patterns I haven't finished writing yet and I have many patterns that have been retired or made over. So try to give me you best estimate of how many I have written since 2007 and the person that comes closest will win 60 digital crochet patterns.
