To attach flowers, work thru both thicknesses and using sc thru both thicknesses to attach in stitches that are indicated on rnd
RS= Right Side of work...right side is the side that has the flower on it
LARGE MOTIFS
measure approx. 5"x5"
Flowers
Rnd 1: With light orange and G hook, ch2, 8sc in 2nd ch from hook. Slst to join.
Rnd 2: (Ch3, 1dc,ch3,1sc) all in same st as joining, (1sc,ch3,1dc,ch3,1sc) all in each sc around. Slst to join. Fasten off and weave in ends. (8petals)
Center of flowers
Rnd 1: With dark orange and G hook, ch2, 8sc in 2nd ch from hook. Slst to join. Fasten off leaving a tail to sew with. Attach dark orange circle to center of flowers- make 4
1st motif
Rnd 1: With H hook and olive green, ch2, 1sc in 2nd ch from hook, ch2, (2sc in same ch, ch2) x 3, 1sc in same ch, slst to join. Ch1 (8sc)
Rnd 2: 1sc in same st as joining, (1sc,ch2,1sc) in next chsp, (1sc in each of the next 2sc, (1sc,ch2,1sc) in next chsp) x3, 1sc in last sc. Slst to join. Ch1 (16sc)
Rnd 3: 1sc in same st as joining, 1sc in next 2sc, (1sc,ch2,1sc) in next chsp, (1sc in next 4sc, (1sc,ch2,1sc) in next chsp) x3, 1sc in last 2sc. Slst to join. Ch1 (24sc)
Rnd 4: Holding flower in front of rnd3, and working thru both thicknesses, 1sc in dc of 1st petal and thru same st as joining on olive green st, 1sc in next 2sc, 1sc in next dc on petal and connect to corner chsp, ch2,1sc in same corner chsp, (1sc in each of the next 2sc, connect next petal, 1sc in next 3sc, connect next petal to corner chsp, ) x3, 1sc in last 3sc. Slst to join. Ch1 (32sc)
Rnd 5: 1sc in same st as joining, 1sc in next 3sc, corner st in next chsp, (1sc in next 8sc, corner st in next chsp) x3, 1sc in last 4sc. Slst to join. Ch1 (40sc) fasten off olive green
Rnd 6: With H hook and turquoise, attach to where you fastened off, 1sc in same st as joining, 1sc in next 4sc, corner st in next chsp, (1sc in next 10sc, corner st in next chsp) x3, 1sc in last 5sc. Slst to join. Ch1 (48sc)
Rnd 7: 1sc in same st as joining, 1sc in next 5sc, corner st in next chsp, (1sc in next 12sc, corner st in next chsp) x3, 1sc in last 6sc. Slst to join. Ch1 (56sc)

Rnd 3: With H hook and turquoise, attach yarn to where you fastened off, Holding flower in front of rnd2, and working thru both thicknesses, 1sc in dc of 1st petal and thru same st as joining on olive green st, 1sc in next sc, 1sc in next dc on petal and connect to corner chsp, ch2,1sc in same corner chsp, (1sc in the next sc, connect next petal, 1sc in next 2sc, connect next petal to corner chsp, ) x3, 1sc in last 2sc. Slst to join. Ch1 (24sc) do not fasten off but continue onto instructions for dishsoap apron.

Sc them together to join them. Then work 1 round sc all around the outside edge. Slst to join. Fasten off and weave in ends.
To make a valance: measures approx. 36" long x 8"s wide
you need 6 large motifs or more or less as desired for your size window
Sc them together in a strip. Then attach yarn to any corner chsp, sc all around the motifs, working your corner chsp in each corner. Work for 6rounds, then on rnd 7, work sc around one long row and one short row, then to make loops for curtain rod, (ch10, 1sc in next 5sc,) repeat for as many as needed for top of valance, then finish working in sc to end of rnd. Slst to join. Fasten off and weave in ends.
To make a dishsoap apron: 7 ½ " tall x 5" wide

you need a small motif and one large motif:
Sc together this small motif to a large motif, connecting them so the small motif is centered onto the large motif. Turn motifs over and working on the RS of work, (1slst,1sc) in each sc around. When you get to the top corner of bottom large motif, ch30, 1slst in 2nd ch from hook, 1slst in each remaining ch, (1slst,ch1) in each sc around and when you get to the top of the small motif, ch 14, skip all of the sc on top and make 1sc in last chsp on top of small motif, continue making (1slst,ch1) in each sc around to next corner chsp on large motif and make another ch30 and work the same as the first tie. Finish working (1slst,ch1) in each of the remaining sc to end. Slst to join. Weave in ends.
